At SoSweet, we want you to love your treats, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Return Process
- 1.Check Your Order
Inspect your confectionery upon arrival to ensure everything is correct and in perfect condition before opening the internal packaging.
- 2.Take Photo Evidence
If your sweets are damaged or the wrong items were sent, take clear photos of the products and the shipping label as proof for our team.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and photos to receive a return authorization or refund approval.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
